We’re looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO, Patrick Koch, and take ownership of the most important initiatives across WorkFlex.
The mission of this role is to increase the CEO’s leverage and ensure the company executes faster and better on its highest priorities. You will operate across the entire company, from scaling our revenue engine to launching new products and embedding AI into how we work.
This is not a support role. It is a builder role. You go where the impact is highest, stay hands-on, and make things happen.
We are a B2B SaaS company helping HR and Global Mobility teams manage travel compliance. We envision a world where compliance is effortless, so growth has no limits. We recently raised $37 million in funding to accelerate our growth, and this role sits at the center of that journey.
🎯 What you will do
Drive company-wide, high-priority initiatives across WorkFlex (e.g. manage OKRs, evaluate new product launches, define company processes and workflows, manage investor relations)
Support and challenge our revenue organization across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success (e.g. pipeline analysis, launching new pricing models, reducing operational complexity, supporting new business lines)
Own our AI strategy and ensure that every team member leverages AI to its full potential
Maximize CEO leverage by preparing decisions, managing key communications, ensuring follow-through, and taking operational load off the CEO
⭐ What you need to succeed
3–7 years of experience in consulting, startups, venture, or similar high-performance environments
Strong interest in AI and its application to real business problems
Highly driven mindset with no 9-to-5 attitude
High ownership and exceptional execution capability. You do not need to be micromanaged
Entrepreneurial thinking and strong intrinsic motivation
