Your role in this mission: We're seeking an experienced German-speaking Support Specialist to own customer support operations at WorkFlex - keeping customers unblocked, informed, and confident at every touchpoint.
🎯 What you will do
Ticket Management: Own all inbound support tickets via Intercom, ensuring fast resolution with no open loops.
Operational Support: Handle trip requests and day-to-day operational queries from customers.
Bug Triage: Document, reproduce, and escalate bugs to Product with structured, reproducible reports.
Help Centre: Create, maintain, and continuously improve help centre content — if a question recurs, it becomes an article.
Customer Newsletter: Own the monthly customer newsletter, keeping customers informed on product updates.
FinAI Management: Monitor, tune, and improve FinAI — our Intercom AI support agent — treating it as a team member, not a set-and-forget tool.
⭐ What you need to succeed
You bring experience in a customer support or operations role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
1–2 years of experience in a support, helpdesk, or customer operations role.
High proficiency in both German and English.
You are fast, thorough, and take pride in resolution quality - you know that a fast wrong answer is not a good answer.
You have a self-serve mindset - you proactively turn recurring questions into scalable content.
You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You are self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fully remote team setup.
You have a good understanding of technology and different tools, including Intercom.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open tickets and priorities simultaneously without losing track.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
