Your role in this mission: We're looking for a versatile, hands-on marketer to join our small, high-output team. This is not a strategy-and-delegate role. You'll be doing the work yourself, across a broad scope, at a high-quality bar. If you like variety, ownership, and seeing your output directly impact pipeline and brand perception, this is the role.
You'll work closely with the marketing team, our founders, sales team, and external partners — writing, building, briefing, and shipping across content, product marketing, SEO, and more. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role at a company in an exciting expansion phase across DACH, UK, Nordics, and the Netherlands.
🎯 What you will do
Create content that converts - from website pages and blog articles to video scripts and landing pages, you know how to shape a message for the right audience and format.
Bring products to life in marketing materials - translate features and value propositions into one-pagers, pitch decks, and sales assets that resonate with specific audience segments (HR, Global Mobility, and others).
Manage the website - implement copy and build pages in Webflow, write SEO-optimised content, and manage our web agency end-to-end (briefing, QA, deadlines, etc.).
Support the sales team - create and maintain enablement materials that help sales communicate value and close deals.
Support strategic marketing projects as they arise - from audience research and competitor analysis to market surveys and event materials, you're comfortable picking up varied work and delivering it to a high standard.
Use AI tools and no-code platforms - to create assets, speed up workflows, and get things done without depending on other, more technical functions.
⭐ What you need to succeed
You're proficient in German and an excellent writer in both German and English - precise, adaptable, and able to write for different formats and audiences.
You have 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or a complex solution category. What matters more than years: genuine ownership of output, not just contribution to someone else's work.
You have solid working knowledge of SEO - enough to research, write, and optimise without a brief.
You've worked in a startup or scaleup and know how to operate with limited resources and no hand-holding.
You're comfortable with digital marketing tools - Webflow, Figma, AI platforms, and no-code tools. You don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you pick things up fast and use tools proactively to get more done.
Background in HR tech, global mobility, business travel, or compliance is a strong plus.
