Your role in this mission: As WorkFlex grows its product suite and expands across Europe, we need someone who can take two distinct product lines - SOS (our duty of care solution) and Assignments (international assignment compliance) - and build the messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement that make them land in market. You'll work cross-functionally with product leads, sales, content and paid marketing, and events, translating product value into stories that resonate with real buyers.
🎯 What you will do
Own product-level messaging and positioning for SOS and Assignments - developing clear value propositions that speak to the specific pain points of each buyer.
Build and execute GTM strategies for both product lines, including campaign briefs, content priorities, and market-specific adaptations.
Write and brief product landing pages, working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager on overall website architecture and our external Webflow agency on implementation.
Create and maintain sales enablement materials per product - one-pagers, decks, objection-handling guides - so the sales team can have sharp, confident conversations.
Develop campaign ideas and briefs for paid, content, and events, collaborating with our teammates specialised in performance marketing, content, and events & partners to get them executed.
Track what's working and iterate - using performance data and sales feedback to continuously sharpen messaging and campaign approach.
Actively explore and test AI tools to speed up research, content briefing, and asset creation workflows.
⭐ What you need to succeed
You have 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to product marketing, content strategy, or campaign management in a SaaS environment.
You're a proficient in both German and English.
You're comfortable working cross-functionally and can brief and collaborate with specialists across content, paid, events, and external partners.
You're hands-on with tools - Figma, Canva, HubSpot, or Webflow experience is genuinely useful here, and we'd love someone who's already incorporating AI tools into their daily workflow or is actively curious about doing so.
You're a self-starter who can manage two product lines in parallel, prioritize well, and stay organized without a lot of hand-holding.
You're naturally curious and investigative - you default to talking to sales, digging into customer feedback, running small tests, and understanding the "why" behind the numbers rather than just reporting them. You don't wait to be handed insights; you go looking for them.
Experience in HR tech, global mobility, business travel, or compliance-adjacent categories is a strong plus but not a requirement.
