Your role in this mission: We’re looking for a Compliance Operations Specialist to help us deliver seamless, reliable compliance support for our global customers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage compliance workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support the continuous evolution of our platform as we scale globally.
🎯 What you will do
Handle the day-to-day processing of A1 and Certificates of Coverage (CoC) applications, primarily for Germany and other EU countries.
Follow up with German social security authorities and health insurance funds to clarify open points and track application statuses.
Respond to client questions related to A1/CoC applications from German customers via email and phone.
Communicate with both clients and authorities in German depending on the case.
Support the team in setting up new countries where WorkFlex can request A1s or CoCs.
Contribute to making our processes more efficient over time, for example by supporting automation initiatives or improving standard workflows.
Assist with compliance research to help improve and maintain WorkFlex’s internal compliance logic.
⭐ What you need to succeed
Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
Experience and strong interest in operations, administration and compliance-related work.
Comfortable writing emails to authorities and clients and following up proactively when things are unclear.
You work in a structured, careful, and reliable way and like keeping track of details.
You’re curious and willing to learn about cross-border social security and compliance topics.
