Your role in this mission: As Revenue Operations Specialist, you will make sure our revenue engine runs smoothly by keeping data clean, processes reliable, and tools working for Sales and Customer Success. You’ll work hands-on with the team while supporting leadership with insights and strategy.
🎯 What you will do
We’re looking for a hands-on HubSpot operator with an automation mindset (Make / n8n / Zapier + webhooks/APIs) to keep our CRM clean, workflows stable, and processes increasingly automated.
We use HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with many connected apps and a large number of workflows. We need someone who can own HubSpot operations and integrations, maintain strong data hygiene, and continuously automate repetitive work.
CRM / HubSpot operations ownership:
Experience managing core HubSpot operations, including objects, properties, lifecycle logic, routing, pipelines, workflows, permissions, imports, and deduplication/merge processes.Data hygiene at scale:
Ability to maintain clean and reliable CRM data over time through deduplication, standardization, and validation.Execution-first mindset:
Able to deliver results under time pressure and prioritize work based on business impact (e.g., removing blockers for outreach or sales workflows).Support / enablement basics:
Comfortable answering HubSpot and process-related questions and creating lightweight internal documentation or how-to guides.Automation tooling:
Experience with Make.com, n8n, or Zapier (or similar tools), demonstrating an automation mindset and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Familiarity with webhooks/API calls is a strong plus (authentication basics, JSON, error handling/retries, logging mindset).
⭐ What you need to succeed
Experience with HubSpot / CRM operations, including objects, properties, lifecycle stages, pipelines, workflows, routing, imports, and deduplication
Strong data hygiene mindset, with experience keeping CRM data clean and reliable at scale
Experience with automation tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier, plus basic webhooks / API usage (JSON, auth basics, error handling)
Basic technical skills, including SQL fundamentals, some Tableau / BI exposure, and light scripting (Python or JavaScript)
Experience with enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Cognism) is a plus
Experience with Power BI and AI (nice to have, but not required)
