Your role in this mission: As Revenue Operations Manager, you will make sure our revenue engine runs smoothly by keeping data clean, processes reliable, and tools working for Sales and Customer Success. You’ll work hands-on with the team while supporting leadership with insights and strategy.
🎯 What you will do
Lead data cleaning & hygiene: Deduplicate, standardize, and enrich lead, contact, and company data to keep HubSpot accurate and reliable.
Maintain workflows & processes: Update automations, workflows, and lifecycle logic as teams, roles, and rules change.
Onboard Sales & Customer Success: Train new hires on HubSpot, playbooks, and best practices for fast ramp-up and consistent usage.
Document RevOps knowledge: Create and maintain internal guides, SOPs, and FAQs for tools and processes.
Provide first-line HubSpot support: Be the main contact for questions, troubleshooting, and process guidance.
⭐ What you need to succeed
Data & reporting mindset: Experience managing data quality, creating reports and dashboards, and tracking KPIs (HubSpot reporting and/or BI tools).
Technical & automation skills: Basic coding knowledge (e.g., JavaScript/Python) and experience building webhooks, integrations, or automations with tools like APIs, Zapier, or Make.
Self-motivated and organized in a fast-paced, remote environment.
