Your role in this mission: As a Channel & Project Manager, you will play a key role in scaling our Assignments product by building and managing our global partner ecosystem, driving cross-functional projects, and helping turn a fast-growing solution into an enterprise-ready offering.

🎯 What you will do:

• Work directly with our Assignments Lead and co-founders to drive the growth of our Assignment solution.

• Own and further develop our global vendor ecosystem, including expansion, service delivery quality, automation, and operational workflow design.

• Build strong, scalable partner relationships and ensure smooth collaboration across the entire assignment lifecycle.

• Support sales enablement through competitor research, sharpening our value proposition, and creating targeted content.

• Help transform a fast-growing venture into a fully enterprise-grade, scalable product.

⭐ What you need to succeed

• Strong command of English; German is a big plus.

• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

• High attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.

• An autonomous working style

• Ambition to help build something big and leave your footprint on a new WorkFlex product line.

• Background in partner management, vendor management, consulting, HR mobility, or similar roles is highly valued.
