WorkFlex SOS is our bold new bet: a comprehensive Health & Safety platform for global workforces. From medical emergencies to evacuation coordination, risk alerts, and 24/7 assistance, we’re building the future of duty-of-care - directly integrated into the trusted WorkFlex ecosystem.

We’re looking for someone who acts as a Founder for WorkFlex SOS. Someone with the drive, urgency, and ownership of a true entrepreneur to take this product from MVP to €100m ARR and beyond. When you start your title will be Lead WorkFlex SOS.

🚀 Your mission

You’ll have full P&L responsibility for WorkFlex SOS and the freedom to shape strategy, product, and go-to-market. You’ll leverage everything WorkFlex already offers: 100+ employees, 500+ enterprise customers, an established brand, a sales force of 30, and capital to scale - while building a world-class business from the ground up.

Your goal: transform WorkFlex SOS into the global authority for corporate travel health and safety. 

🎯 In this role, you will:

Own the vision & strategy: Define the long-term product and commercial roadmap for WorkFlex SOS in line with the company growth strategy

Build & lead: Lead a cross-functional core team (initially 1 PM, 5 engineers, 5 external partners, go-to-market teams). Recruit, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team as the business scales.

Execute like a founder: Move fast, test relentlessly, and iterate based on data and customer feedback.

Leverage the WorkFlex platform: Utilize our infrastructure, go-to-market teams, compliance expertise, and funding to accelerate growth.

Scale impact: Establish the product as the industry benchmark for health & safety management in global mobility. Grow the business to €100 M ARR and beyond.

• Relentless executor: You turn ideas into results - fast, focused, and hands-on. You also combine hard work with discipline to push through challenges.
• Compelling storyteller: You can inspire teams, investors, and customers with a clear and authentic vision.
• Experience: You have 5+ years of work experience and have already built something up from 0 to 1 whether as Founder, Management Consultant or within a company.
• Bilingual communicator: Fluent in English and German.
