Your role in this mission: We're seeking an experienced Senior Automation Engineer who will transform complex manual processes into seamless automated solutions that empower our teams to scale globally.

🎯 What you will do:

• Automate Business Processes: Design, build, and maintain automations that streamline manual workflows and enhance efficiency.
• End-to-End Automation Delivery: Own the full automation lifecycle from requirement gathering, process analysis, and development to testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
• Optimize Existing Bots: Audit, debug, and improve existing automations to increase stability, speed, and maintainability.
• Lifecycle Governance: Ensure all automations follow established standards, documentation, and compliance guidelines across environments.
• Operational Excellence: Support production operations by handling incidents, monitoring bot performance, and implementing continuous improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, product, and tech teams to align the requirements needed to facilitate automation.
• Accountability: Take ownership of assigned processes with a proactive mindset and strong commitment to quality and results.

⭐️ What you need to succeed

• Fluency in English.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Automation (RPA, scripting, or related technologies).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with UiPath is a must (UiPath Advanced Developer Certificate (UiARD) is a strong plus).

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Automation Life Cycle from requirement gathering and process design to development, testing, deployment, and operations.

• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
