🎯 What you will do:

• Lead and mentor a team of short-term visa operations specialists, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Own global business visa cases across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely submissions and approvals.
• Act as an escalation point for complex or urgent requests, balancing compliance and business needs.
• Monitor and interpret global visa regulations to ensure our WorkFlex logic remains current and compliant.
• Drive the growth and scalability of our visa service offering, supporting new client launches, cross-sell opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Identify and implement improvements to documentation, workflows, tools, and case tracking.
• Collaborate with leadership on service roadmap planning, operational margin considerations, and future-facing process enhancements.
• Act as a key contact for visa-related topics and represent the function in internal or external interactions.

⭐ What you need to succeed

• Proficiency in both English & German; French is a Plus.
• 3+ years of experience in visa & immigration service – with focus on short-term visas.
• Strong global understanding of international business visa processes (incl. Visa runs, appointments scheduling), documentation, and requirements across key regions (e.g. EU, US, APAC, Middle East).
• Experience leading or mentoring a team, ideally in an operational or client-service setting.
• High attention to detail and strong time-management skills to ensure efficient visa processing – with a client first mindset.
• A passion for working in international teams and an affinity for tech-driven environments.
• Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization.
