Together with the team, you will contribute to growing our team, clients, and ARR by 5x within the next few quarters.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic People & Finance Operations Specialist to join our team and help streamline our HR and Finance administrative processes. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in supporting our managers across payroll, benefits, HR administration, and financial operations. If you’re a proactive team player who loves learning, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to take on a variety of tasks, this role is tailor-made for you! 

🎯 What you will do

Payroll & Benefits Management:

• Manage payroll processing in collaboration with our local payroll partners across our entities in the Netherlands, Portugal, Egypt, Germany, and Spain, and work closely with our EoR partner, WorkMotion.
• Manage employee benefits and tax and social contributions compliance.

HR Administration:

• Oversee employment contracts, administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Utilize our HRIS, Personio, to maintain employee data, track leave, and generate reports.
• Handle VSOP allotments
• Manage offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.

Financial Administration Support:

• Assist the team with bookkeeping and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinate with financial tools such as Pleo, DATEV, and Exact to maintain streamlined financial workflows.

Ad hoc tasks:

• Provide flexible support across various company initiatives, adapting to evolving needs as they arise.

⭐ What you need to succeed

• 2-3 years of experience in HR & Finance Operations – Familiarity with payroll processing, benefits management, and HR administration across multiple countries is a plus.

• Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to handle various administrative tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

• Basic Financial Knowledge – Comfort with bookkeeping basics, accounts payable/receivable, and working with financial tools like Pleo, accounting software, and Excel.

• Adaptability – Willingness to take on diverse tasks, from HR & Finance support to ad hoc administrative needs, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.

• Collaborative Mindset – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with managers, employees, and external partners.

• Problem-Solving Attitude – A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong spoken and written English and German skills are a must.
