WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers to allow their employees to work from anywhere without facing any compliance risks. We have 200+ clients using WorkFlex already, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, Flix, and others. Together with the team, you will contribute to growing our team, clients, and ARR by 5x within the next few quarters.

🎯 What you will do

• Compliance Knowledge: Stay updated on global mobility compliance topics, including workations, business travel, and employee mobility.
• Client and Stakeholder Collaboration: Support clients and internal teams by providing guidance on mobility decisions. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful service delivery. 
• Operational Support: Assist in delivering WorkFlex services, addressing issues related to trip assessments, permanent establishment risks, PWD notifications, and policy exceptions. 
• Escalation Management: Serve as a point of contact for escalated client and service queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. 
• Business Development Support: Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify new opportunities with clients and promote WorkFlex’s global mobility solutions.

• Solid understanding of global mobility compliance and regulations, particularly in "work from anywhere" settings, including workations and remote work.
• Full professional proficiency or native fluency in both German and English.
• Collaboration skills to work seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders, paired with great organizational abilities.
• Verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to articulate ideas and solutions clearly.
• A consultative, agile mindset, with a passion for creativity, curiosity, and a client-first approach in everything you do.
