Your role in this mission: We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through interviews and offers, helping us scale on different markets. 

🎯 What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process with a primary focus on sales roles, while supporting other key hires across the company. Including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, timely updates, and constructive feedback.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment pipelines and guide hiring decisions.

• Actively source top talent through LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.

• Adapt and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

⭐ What you need to succeed

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• High proficiency in English (German is a plus).

• Strong experience with ATS systems (TeamTailor preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

• Ability to leverage data and recruiting insights to inform strategy, track progress, and provide updates proactively.

• Collaborative mindset and transparent communication style, building trust with candidates and internal teams alike.
