Your role in this mission: We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through interviews and offers, helping us scale on different markets.
🎯 What you will do
Own the full-cycle recruitment process with a primary focus on sales roles, while supporting other key hires across the company. Including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, timely updates, and constructive feedback.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment pipelines and guide hiring decisions.
Actively source top talent through LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
Adapt and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
⭐ What you need to succeed
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
High proficiency in English (German is a plus).
Strong experience with ATS systems (TeamTailor preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Ability to leverage data and recruiting insights to inform strategy, track progress, and provide updates proactively.
Collaborative mindset and transparent communication style, building trust with candidates and internal teams alike.
