Your role in this mission: We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who’s curious, driven, and great at starting conversations. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients - identifying leads, sparking interest, and turning curiosity into opportunities.
🎯 What you will do
- Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
- Present our company to potential clients.
- Participate in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies with sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership by providing your insights & know-how to improve WorkFlex's value proposition, product features, and messaging for prospects and customers.
- Take care of reporting on the progress of your own deals in our CRM (Hubspot).
⭐ What you need to succeed
- You already have some experience in outbound sales, preferably within a SaaS company, and are ready to further expand your expertise.
- You are proficient in both German and English.
- You have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. You excel at asking good questions to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You are self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fully remote team setup.
- You have a good understanding of technology and different sales tools, including Hubspot.
- You are passionate about remote work – you enjoy working in a remote setup yourself and want to enable many more employers to reap the benefits of this setup.
- You are willing to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to constantly improve processes and communication workflows.
